Business Systems Analyst (Right-to-Hire)
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (3 days onsite)
This role supports customer-facing systems and tools, with a strong focus on Salesforce, including Experience Cloud. You’ll partner with stakeholders to enhance user experience, improve business workflows, and ensure platform stability and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Salesforce and related tools
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolutions
- Analyze business processes and identify system improvements
- Gather requirements and create documentation (user stories, test cases, training)
- Assist in system testing, releases, and user training
- Develop or maintain reports and dashboards to track usage and performance
- Collaborate across departments to deliver tech-driven solutions
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in systems or business analysis
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud preferred)
- Skilled in translating business needs into system requirements
- Effective communicator with strong documentation and organizational skills
- Proficient with Excel, Jira, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, or similar tools
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments
- Background in CRM or customer portal support
