About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer (CPO) to spearhead its talent division and people strategy. The CPO will be tasked with the full spectrum of HR functions, including the identification, recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of top talent. This leadership role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in human resources, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational culture development. Candidates for the CPO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5-7 years' of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years' in a senior leadership role. The CPO will also be expected to collaborate with senior leadership to set performance expectations, design performance management processes, and create programs for employee learning and development. Proficiency in using HR metrics and analytics to drive strategic decisions is essential. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, a change agent, and a strategist in employee culture, with the ability to lead through change and remain flexible under pressure.
