About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer (CPO) to spearhead its talent division and people strategy. The CPO will be tasked with the full spectrum of HR functions, including the identification, recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of top talent. This leadership role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in human resources, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational culture development.
