Job Description
We are currently seeking TSBPE licensed Journeyman plumbers with years of experience as a Leadman/Foreman in commercial plumbing, for upcoming work on multiple commercial construction projects throughout Conroe, Katy and the Greater Houston, TX area. Pay is dependent on experience. OSHA 10 required on some jobsite's.
BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overseeing or also assisting installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in commercial and industrial buildings. Read commercial Prints, A leadman must be able to meat proper deadlines for jobs and meet inspections as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Current TSBPE Journeyman Plumber License
5+ years of recent experience as a Leadman/Foreman plumber in a commercial construction setting
Must be able to work project schedules as required by project demands
OSHA 10 required on some jobsite's
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to Lift or Carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures
Must be able to lead a crew of 3 or more in the commercial setting
Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, walk, push, pull, bend and kneel for 8+ hours a day.
