Return To Work Program Overview

Making a decision to return to work can be exciting and scary all at the same time. We get it 100% - many of us at reacHIRE are returners, too!! And, we believe meaningful relationships formed along the way back to work should be built on communication and trust. This is why our team of Program Managers is here to listen to your unique story and help you take the best next steps toward your next opportunity. We are excited to partner with Fidelity Investments for a 6-month return-to-work program starting in October 2025.

Responsibilities

Deliver internal process and product content to support Fidelity associates. Collaborates and consults with business units across Fidelity to ensure that content is accurate, understandable, and adheres to style standards.

What You'll Contribute Day-to-Day:

• Provides direction to a work/project/process team
• Provides better client outcomes by collaborating closely with internal subject matter experts
• Consults with business partners on how to enhance employee performance and corporate results
• Collaborates with team members and business partners across Fidelity to achieve results that benefit the entire organization
• Reviews new methods and technologies and influence team adoption
• Collects and combines data from various sources
• Consults subject matter experts to write clear, precise, concise, and informative content
• Ensures the technical accuracy of the content
• Performs content quality checks to ensure successful publishing and adherence to style guides/standards
• Takes the lead in engaging with business partners and designated product/service owners to address and resolve conflicts, ensuring alignment on priorities.
• Facilitates open and transparent discussions to identify key objectives, negotiate trade-offs, and establish a clear roadmap for achieving mutual goals
• Provides consultation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the work completed and areas for improvement, such as SLA review and trending
• Designs solutions, authors content, manages projects, and facilitates associated work, including cascading tasks to aligned content creators

Qualifications

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Excellent technical writing skills and ability to balance multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Adept at directing succinct, clear, and effective content solutions for diverse content consumers
• Passion for content planning, creation, management, and execution to optimize customer experiences
• Experience with content management systems, grouping/tagging content, and maintaining taxonomies
• Deep understanding of authoring and content management principles
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining content standards across the organization
• Collaborate with others to understand their unique needs and propose targeted solutions
• Ability to lead projects, maintain project timelines, and influence direction without explicit authority
• Comfortable working with cross-functional, highly matrixed teams, in a fast-paced Agile environment
