Ready to bring order to chaos and thrive in a fast-paced, project-heavy environment? We're looking for a Data Management Specialist III in Houston, TX to help support document control efforts across a wide range of engineering projects-up to 100 at peak season!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and organizing inbound/outbound documents according to established procedures
• Handling data entry and tracking of deliverables within the document control group
• Maintaining both physical and electronic document records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Performing quality control checks and document reviews
• Administering system access rights and managing revision control protocols
• Supporting multiple teams across several concurrent, fast-moving projects

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of document control experience in the oil & gas industry
• A steady career track (no recent short-term roles)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Aconex is a strong plus
• A team player who's not afraid to ask questions and take initiative
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle priorities under pressure
