This full-time position located in Arizona offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals looking to positively impact dental practices. You must be located in Arizona!  The role is designed for individuals passionate about bringing innovative solutions and efficiencies to dental offices nationwide. 

As a Dental Business Consultant, you will be crucial in driving our client's success, providing personalized dental consulting services that foster growth and improvement. 

Your Expertise:

  • You drive growth in dental practices!
  • You’ve sat in their seats! —office manager, biller, treatment coordinator, scheduler—and excelled in each role.
  • You’ve built and led leadership teams!
  • You know how to drive by KPIs, and coached dentists to be leaders within their practices.
  • You love leading productive team meetings, one-on-ones, and large group sessions.
  • You know how to uplift team spirits and boost treatment acceptance rates.
  • You possess the unique ability to inspire and implement change within practices.
  • You’re passionate about developing a curriculum for continuous learning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coach dentists to build better systems, teams, businesses, and lives.
  • Analyze practice management data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans.
  • Deliver personalized consulting services both remotely and on-site, as needed.
  • Implement business strategies that promote growth and sustainability.
  • Mentor dental teams by providing constructive feedback and motivational support.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the dental consultancy field.
  • Handle multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a business consultant or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or dental sector.
  • Strong understanding of dental office processes and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, energetic, and ready to bring fun into your work. Innovative, adaptable, and able to pivot on a dime.
  • Driven by personal and professional growth. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend conferences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented spirit.
