Adobe.com is the key website for Adobe's direct sales and marketing, and we need a Director of SEO to lead the Creative Cloud and Acrobat SEO teams. The role involves developing and implementing SEO strategies to boost search visibility, driving website traffic, and enhancing Adobe's online presence. You will manage a hardworking team of SEO specialists and collaborate with different departments to integrate SEO practices into all digital initiatives. We need an SEO expert with a proven experience growth, data-driven decision-making skills, ability to work in diverse, remote teams, and passion for growth and innovation. A solid understanding of tech innovation impacting the search landscape, including ownership of the overall approach to understanding, measuring and optimizing LLMs and chatbots, is essential. Responsibilities include leading and managing the SEO team, developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives, collaborating with product, PR, social, communications, and product marketing teams, implementing standard SEO processes in web product development and marketing, analyzing SEO performance metrics and delivering actionable insights, staying updated with SEO trends and technologies, reporting to senior leadership, managing SEO tools and budgets, and overseeing SEO partnerships with agencies or vendors. Requirements include extensive SEO experience (8+ years), proven leadership, proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Brightedge), experience in eCommerce or enterprise SEO, strong analytical skills, familiarity with emerging SEO technologies, expertise in international and local SEO, solid technical SEO knowledge, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adobe offers a salary range of $166,100 to $334,500 annually depending on location and experience, with additional incentives and equity awards possible.
