With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dynamic Distribution Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and help scale our logistics capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary:
The Distribution Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume distribution environment, with a strong understanding of logistics and e-commerce (particularly Amazon FBA/FBM), and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders for major retail accounts, independents, and Amazon (FBA & FBM).
Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency, safety, and accuracy.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and KPIs for warehouse operations.
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Oversee team scheduling, staffing, and performance management, ensuring productivity goals are met.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including automation or system upgrades.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, shipping carriers, and packaging vendors.
Qualifications:
5+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience, preferably in beauty, CPG, or retail sectors.
Experience fulfilling B2B and B2C orders, including Amazon (FBA/FBM) workflows.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and build effective teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems a plus (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field preferred.
