Position:

Cashco has one opening for an Entry Level Assembler

Summary:

An Entry Level Assembler must have a great attitude, ability to learn quickly and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

•Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery in a safe manner

•Troubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process and help implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflow.

•Identify and report any defects or issues at any given time

•Follow safety procedures

•Maintain a clean and organized working environment

•Effectively meeting production goals in a timely manner

•Communicating with other employees and supervisors as necessary

•May be responsible for training new employees and providing guidance to less experienced Assemblers.

Qualifications:

•High School Diploma or equivalent

•Must have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly process

•Must possess basic computer knowledge

•Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principles

•The ability to communicate openly in a team environment

•Strong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skills

•Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks daily
