Now Hiring: Epic & Data Engineering Professionals (Hybrid | Fort Worth, TX Area)

A major hospital system in Fort Worth, TX is expanding and is actively hiring for multiple direct hire roles . All positions are hybrid with 1–2 days onsite required weekly.

📄 Open Positions:

✨ Epic Clinical Systems Analyst, Sr. - SmartForm

• Schedule: 2 days onsite (Tues & Wed)
• Location: Fort Worth, TX (must be local)
• Responsibilities:
• Independently manage application planning, configuration, testing, and optimization
• Serve as liaison between clinical departments, IS, and vendors
• Develop and maintain SmartForms for structured data entry, documentation, and workflow efficiency
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in healthcare, informatics, IT, or sciences (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in healthcare and clinical systems
• Epic SmartForm, Ambulatory, or ClinDoc certification preferred
• Must obtain Epic certification within 6 months

✨ Epic Ambulatory Analyst

• Schedule: 2 days onsite weekly
• Location: Fort Worth, TX
• Responsibilities:
• Support Epic Ambulatory application build and optimization
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure streamlined workflows
• Nurse triage experience is a major plus
• Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Epic Ambulatory build experience
• Epic certification preferred

✨ Data Engineer

• Schedule: 1 day onsite (Wednesdays)
• Location: Downtown Fort Worth, TX
• Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable ETL pipelines
• Build and optimize data architecture for dashboards and analytics
• Support real-time, unstructured, and API-driven data sources
• Qualifications:
• 2+ years in data engineering or similar roles
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, or similar
• Preferred: Epic Cogito, Clarity Data Model, or Caboodle certifications; Snowflake or Microsoft certifications a plus

✨ Data Engineer, Senior

• Schedule: 1 day onsite (Wednesdays)
• Location: Downtown Fort Worth, TX
• Responsibilities:
• Architect and implement complex data pipelines
• Drive cloud data platform expansion
• Mentor junior data engineers
• Align data solutions with business and analytics needs
• Qualifications:
• 7+ years of data engineering or related experience
• Strong SQL, data integration, modeling, and ETL/ELT skills
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Scala, Java)
• Experience with data lake/warehouse platforms (Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift)
• Prior healthcare data experience a plus
• Preferred: Epic Clarity/Caboodle certifications, Azure/Snowflake certs, experience with Fivetran, dbt, SSIS

💼 Additional Notes:

• Epic pre-test required for non-certified applicants
• Candidates with Epic Cogito, Clarity Data Model, or Caboodle certifications are highly encouraged to apply
• Strong background in ETL, SQL, data integration , and familiarity with Azure Data Factory or Microsoft Fabric is highly valued
