Key Responsibilities:Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of local promotional events
Manage day-to-day event logistics and on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations
Organize and maintain event materials, branded displays, and inventory
Track and report key event performance metrics and attendee engagement
Collaborate closely with team leads to support live campaigns and client initiatives
Help onboard and train new team members as part of our expanding events crew
Deliver a professional and seamless guest experience at every event
Strong organizational and communication skills
Outgoing, energetic, and eager to learn
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with a proactive, can-do approach
Comfortable in fast-paced, face-to-face environments
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
