Junior Salesforce Administrator/Developer
My client has a full time opening for a Junior Salesforce Administrator/Developer. This is a hybrid role and is on site three days a week. You must be a Citizen or GC holder to qualify. In this role you will split your time between administrative tasks (60%) and development projects (40%). Collaborate with a technical lead while working independently to deliver customized Salesforce solutions for the Sales team.
Administration (70%) :
Manage user access, support queues, and third-party Salesforce apps
Perform data loads and exports
Facilitate daily triage calls with a data- and customer-focused mindset
Provide production support coverage
Development (30%) :
Collaborate with technical lead, project manager, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and use cases
Develop enhancements using Apex and other relevant skills
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with expectations
Conduct thorough testing of deliverables
General :
Communicate clearly and proactively with team members
Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines
Build a deep understanding of business needs
Approach all tasks with energy and focus
Required :
1+ year of Salesforce development experience
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
Knowledge of component communication in the Lightning framework
Proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex) and SOQL
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience using VS Code, Salesforce DX (sfdx), and Git
Preferred :
Background in Java or .NET
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator)
