*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide therapeutic counseling to individuals (ages 3+), families, and groups
* Support patients through challenges related to emotional health, family dynamics, abuse, school, or employment
* Refer patients for evaluation and additional services as needed
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Collaborate with physicians and internal/external care teams
* Contribute to planning, team meetings, and continuous improvement efforts

*What You’ll Need:*
* Master’s degree in Social Work
* Active LCSW license (Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners)
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
* Experience in community health or behavioral care is a plus
