Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Directly interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert guidance.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client portfolios.
  • Policy Management: Manage incoming client inquiries efficiently and update records accurately in our systems.
  • Custom Solutions: Tailor insurance policies to fit the unique needs of each client, providing personalized solutions.
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Industry Awareness: Keep abreast of changes and trends in the insurance industry to deliver informed advice.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Valid Texas Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Candidate must be Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent ability to understand and meet client needs and expectations.
  • Remote Work Skills: Must be proficient in managing tasks and responsibilities in a hybrid remote setting.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in using CRM systems and other related software is a plus.
