  • Manage monthly dashboards integrating paid media, email, content, and web analytics.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports for US, Canada, UK, and Europe events.
  • Analyze user behavior and web content performance using Heap and GA4.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy

  • Lead analytics meetings with stakeholders, sharing insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with teams across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Coordinate with Finance on forecasts, budgets, and actuals reconciliation.
  • Support stakeholders with strategic insights based on data analysis.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in consumer insights, marketing analytics, or related fields, ideally in consumer-facing brands or event-driven businesses.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior analysis, journey mapping, and market research.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools like Holistics, Looker, Tableau.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Heap, HubSpot, and digital ad platforms.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working with diverse datasets and translating data into strategic insights.

Preferred Experience

  • 3-5 years working with large consumer data sets (>250k) in marketing analytics.
  • Experience with NPS, CSAT, or VOC methodologies.
  • Experience with churn analysis and customer retention strategies.

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker comfortable working directly with senior leadership, with a hands-on approach to data and storytelling.
  • Curious and analytical, asking “why” and “so what” about datasets.
  • Cares about customer experience and believes data improves it.
  • Fast-moving, solution-oriented, able to handle messy data.
  • Effective cross-functionally, delivering insights that influence decisions.
