Mercy Jefferson - Earn As You Learn

Jefferson College PIN Pathway Students
PIN Pathway students will attend Jefferson College's Nursing program starting in August 2025 and start clinical time at Mercy Jefferson in Spring 2026. These students are pre-selected by the college.
Stipend payments of $1000 will be issued in Spring 2026, Summer 2026, Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
Students will commit to an RN position at Mercy Jefferson 1 year minimum post-graduation.
There will be opportunity to work minimal hours as a Patient Care Associate while in this program.
