Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in federal court proceedings, particularly wage and hour (FLSA) cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
• Collaborate with partners and associates on litigation strategy
• Provide counsel on complex FLSA-related issues and labor regulations

Qualifications:
• 3–6 years of employment litigation experience, with strong exposure to federal court practice
• Bar admission in New Jersey or eligibility to waive in
• Demonstrated knowledge of wage and hour (FLSA) regulations
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
