College degree or above in electrical, mechanical or related majors, with proficient English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills Have good communication skills and strong customer service awareness, and can maintain effective communication with customers throughout the project implementation process to ensure that all aspects meet the requirements of project implementation Be able to independently lead the team to successfully complete the project installation, commissioning, handover and acceptance tasks Understand the working mode of contract manufacturers, be familiar with the 3C product process, and have experience in docking with Customer A Be able to adapt to business trips, have a good work ethic, strong initiative, and a positive working state Have a certain technical background Have experience in leading teams to deliver overseas projects, experience in Vietnam is preferred Communicate with customers, collect, analyze and sort out customer requirements, and cooperate with developers to provide a full set of automation solutions, quotations and technical analysis Formulate project delivery plans, set up project delivery teams, and conduct full-process management to ensure the achievement of the established plans Be responsible for project delivery and after-sales service team management Standardize the management process of trade and spare parts
