Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This per diem opportunity in Logansport, IN offers a position within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 340B pharmacy environment, utilizing Liberty RX software. The schedule includes Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with a daily lunch break from 12 pm to 1 pm. No holidays or weekends are required. The assignment dates are January 29 and 30.
