About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care to clients in a home health setting across Arizona. If you have recent hands-on experience and love working one-on-one with patients, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Help with mobility, medication reminders, and daily living activities
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising nurse
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for each client
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and professionalism

Requirements:

• ✅ At least 6 months of active or recent experience as a CNA in Home Health
• ✅ Valid CNA certification/license in the state of Arizona
• ✅ Strong communication and observation skills
• ✅ Ability to work independently and reliably
