Create and maintain dashboards to support business decision-making. Train and onboard end-users to effectively utilize reporting tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights. Challenge existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Provide support and answer all Power BI-related questions from team members. Required Skills and Qualifications: Intermediate to advanced Power BI skills. Experience with Microsoft SQL and KPI/metrics reporting. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure. Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance.
