We are seeking a motivated and reliable Relief Pharmacist for a per diem opportunity at a small, long-term care pharmacy in Mauston, WI. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys working independently and values the opportunity to support a growing, community-focused pharmacy.

Pharmacy Hours:
Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense and package medications accurately and efficiently
Oversee inventory management and coordinate deliveries
Utilize pharmacy technology systems while maintaining quality assurance standards
Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License
Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy
Familiarity with Framework system is a major plus (training available)
This position is primarily to provide coverage for the listed vacation week, with strong potential for future dates and even remote per diem work moving forward.
