Duties

• Construct and dismantle scaffolding systems according to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Supervise and manage scaffold crews, ensuring adherence to safety practices and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to determine scaffold requirements.
• Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid and Prolog for project scheduling and management tasks.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of scaffold-related tasks within the pipeline of construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure stability and safety compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on scaffold assembly techniques and safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience in scaffold building or related construction roles is required.
• Familiarity with construction management principles, including project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents relevant to scaffold design.
• Experience with software tools such as HeavyBid for estimating costs and Prolog for project management is highly desirable.
• need to have 3+ years in scaffolding as well as leadership experience .
