Job Description
A leading economic consulting firm is seeking a Temporary Senior Administrative Assistant for a 3+ month assignment, with the possibility of extension through September. This hybrid role requires 4 days onsite and 1 remote day per week at their Boston office. The position offers full-time hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) at a pay rate of $35/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management for Vice Presidents
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Tracking and outreach related to pre-bill items
- Coordinating gift orders for events like promotions and team celebrations
- Maintaining and updating contact lists for VPs
- Supporting light event planning tasks
- Providing occasional backup to executive assistants
- Handling various ad hoc administrative projects
Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong background in administrative support or project coordination
- Experience in calendar and travel management
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable supporting multiple team members in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably not more than three years of experience as an executive assistant
