Our fast-growing company is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and take our brand to the next level. You will be working alongside a talented team of graphic designers, videographers, copywriters, and creative strategists on the full spectrum of social media marketing and content creation. The team of creatives will help provide you with some content, but we are looking for a social media manager who is a content creator at heart . The ideal candidate is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. You will be the sole person in charge of social media marketing, so this is a very hands-on role. You will be involved in everything from social media strategy and content creation, to leading influencer campaigns, and community management. We also own a B2B pre-roll supply company, so you will be managing post social media presences. IN-OFFICE ONLY - Renton, WA - This is a hands-on creative role What You'll Do: Content Creation Create fun, engaging, and authentic videos and reels featuring people within our company, customers, and even yourself to connect with our audience. Direct and collaborate with other team members, influencers, and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content. Develop a diverse mix of content formats: short-form videos, tutorials, product showcases, lifestyle imagery, memes, and trend-driven posts. Stay ahead of trends in cannabis culture, social media platforms, and digital storytelling techniques. Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our brand presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels). Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content that aligns with brand goals and resonates with our target audience. Leverage analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns, posts, and engagement strategies. Community Engagement Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and questions in a timely, professional, and personable manner. Foster a vibrant online community by hosting live events, AMAs, and interactive campaigns. Identify and partner with influencers, advocates, and ambassadors who align with our brand. The Ideal Candidate: A Content Creator at Heart: You love being on camera and have a natural talent for creating captivating, relatable, and polished content. Social Media Savvy: You’re an expert in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. You understand algorithms, trends, and best practices. Strategic & Data-Driven: You know how to turn numbers into insights and strategies that drive growth and engagement. Passionate About Cannabis Culture: You’re familiar with the industry, its nuances, and our community’s needs. Creative Leader: You’re confident in directing shoots, managing content creation teams, and delivering a cohesive brand voice. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role. Strong portfolio of self-created social media content (especially videos). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
