As a Counselor Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of counselors and counselor interns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll help ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care while contributing to their journey to recovery. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Counseling Team – Assign and manage counselors' caseloads, providing support and guidance to ensure effective treatment.
• Ensure Quality Care – Conduct quality assurance file reviews, ensuring accurate clinical records and compliance with Federal and State Regulations.
• Manage Counseling Operations – Oversee intake operations and ensure efficient delivery of counseling services.
• Supervise and Mentor – Provide ongoing supervision to clinicians, including conducting staff meetings, in-service training, and offering support for professional development.
• Act as Director – Step into the role of Treatment Center Director when needed.
• Maintain Caseload – Continue to provide direct counseling services while overseeing the team.
• Additional Duties – Perform other tasks as needed to ensure a high standard of care and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Required Certifications – Current CSC-AD,CAC-AD, LCPC, LCSW, LGADC, or LCADC from the State of Maryland Board of Counselors & Therapists.
• Supervisory Experience – Must have prior supervisory experience, be self-motivated, and possess leadership skills.
• Experience with Chemically Dependent Individuals – Proven track record in addiction treatment and counseling.
• Compassionate Approach – A positive, non-judgmental attitude and ability to connect with our patient population.
• Background Checks – Must pass a satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
