The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced Success Coaches to expand their skills with the support of a leading global organization. As an independent contractor, you will enjoy complete flexibility in managing your schedule and working remotely. This performance-based role allows you to focus on what you do best—coaching—while leveraging our established brand and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality coaching services to individuals seeking personal and professional development.
Utilize our proprietary framework and materials to guide clients.
Manage your own schedule and client load with complete autonomy.
Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions.
Generate leads and attract clients through social media and networking (support provided).
Conduct initial consultations and assessments to determine client needs.
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional coaching experience.
Proven ability to effectively coach individuals in leadership and personal growth.
Excellent communication and virtual interaction skills (Zoom, etc.).
Working knowledge of social media platforms for business purposes.
Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
A genuine commitment to client success.
