Opportunity Overview

Role: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Primary Care (Entry Level / Specialty)
We are hiring multiple full-time positions to promote pharmaceutical brand awareness, support business development, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and enjoy client interaction.

This role involves lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to build lifelong customer relationships. It offers opportunities for career growth, campaign management, training, and staff oversight. You will manage a client portfolio, assist with healthcare contracts, and support practice management needs. Career development support and bonus opportunities are available. Proficiency with tablets, computers, and both Microsoft and Apple products is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients, ensuring long-term retention
• Become a healthcare expert for your clients
• Assist clients in making informed decisions about their medical agreements and healthcare costs
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
• Manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of experience in sales or customer service
• Track record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals
• Ability to attract and retain clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
