Job Description

Position Title: Land Development - Civil Project Manager
Location: Spokane, Washington

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience

Position Overview:
A well-established civil engineering firm in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join its Land Development team in Kirkland, Washington. The Land Development team works on a wide variety of projects, including senior living communities, commercial developments, and residential neighborhoods. This is an opportunity to lead exciting projects from concept through construction while mentoring junior staff and building lasting client relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage land development projects across the region.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, scopes of work, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington (Oregon a plus).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of civil engineering experience, including 3+ years in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and teams independently.
  • Strong communication and client service skills.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
