\n• Provide direct clinical care to ICU patients on a per-shift basis
\n• Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive patient care plans
\n• Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities
\n• Work in specialized units including 8-bed CVICU, 8-bed SICU, and 16-bed MICU
\n• Use Cerner charting system for documentation
\n• Required to wear navy scrubs
\n• Support facility CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
\n• Maintain competency standards for clinical staff
\n• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
\n• Provide unit-level supervision and clinical oversight
