Genie Healthcare is looking for a Pharmacy to work in Pharmacist for a 13 weeks travel assignment located in Pittsfield, MA for the Shift (5x8 Days - Please verify shift details with recruiter, 07:00:00-15:00:00, 8.00-5).

Pay and benefits packages are estimated based on client bill rate at time the job was posted. These rates are subject to change.

Exact pay and benefits vary based on several things, including, but not limited to, guaranteed hours, client changes in bill rate, experience, etc.

• Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k) with company matching (50% up to 6% of what you contribute)
• 5+years extensive acute care clinical experience
• Ability to mix compounds REQUIRED
• Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D) required
• Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology is STRONGLY preferred.
• Board Certification Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Certification is required is STRONGLY preferred
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision within established policy.
• Applicant must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel.
• Specialty Pharmacy medication management
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Pharmacy and hospital computer systems
• Alaris Smart Pump
• Pharmacy automated medication dispensing systems
• Vertical and horizontal laminar air flow hoods
• Ancillary IV room equipment and programs; infusion pumps, Dose Edge, Simplify797
• Ancillary equipment necessary for performing day-to-day tasks (syringe, needle, graduate, calculator)
• Vocera Badge
• Fax machine
• State License(s) : Massachusetts
